Wonder what other gluten free eaters are eating? me too.

This is a running compilation of things I eat that are GF (but not always vegan, vegetarian, lactose free, etc.). I would say my main dietary habits are that I am gluten free (and more and more, grain free) and that I am “meat-light” = I eat meat pretty conservatively.

I keep this as a food diary, as I have been needing to let doctors know what I am eating, and this is much easier for me than hand writing. Plus, it's a resource for me to come back to when I need reminders of recipes.

yada yada: I have been gluten free since November 2010.

Biggest challenges and weaknesses? beer, pizza, bagels, tortillas. Besides that, I have found replacements for all things glutonous.

Bio in San Francisco is one of my favorite spots around Union Square. Everyone behind the counter is French, so they have this cute accent as they get your pastry/chocolate, and the nicest people behind the counter. This is a GF granola ball, it’s so tasty! #biosanfrancisco

Friends of the Instagram: I introduced the green gelatin into my diet via adding to coffee/tea a few days ago. I’ve already been using the red, no problems. But I’ve had headaches the last few days. Anyone else experience headaches as a result of introducing this? It could be something else, but I’ll keep on with this for a bit and if they continue I’ll cut it out.
